I have lived (with my husband, Russ Stevenson) in the same house in downtown Washington, DC for 30 years We are building another house on the water near Annapolis, Maryland -- where for almost as long we have had a cottage and sailboat. This house has been on a fast track and getting it designed and under construction is one reason that I haven't taken the time to properly communicate. I am still practicing architecture but doing consulting rather than full design thru construction services.
We have two "twenty-something" daughters who much to our surprise and delight have returned to DC after college. My brother and my father, who for 50 years was on or counsel to the CV Board of Education, still live in Binghamton...so I get back to the area fairly often. |
