Football 10; Track 10

After graduation from Chenango Valley, I attended Broome Technical Community College and received a two year degree in Business and Accounting. Upon graduation was hired as an assistant manager for J.J. Newberry Company, making a retail management career at J.J.Newberry (later became McCrory's) for 33 years. Throughout those years was a store manager for them at various locations such as Springfield, Mass and Hartford, Ct. I married Pat, my first wife, who was the office manager of my first store. We had a daughter and two sons. My daughter Dawn works for Lucent Technologies in Southbridge, Mass., Brad my oldest son works in the Nuclear Medicine Dept. at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mass., my younger son Todd, only twenty, is stil looking for a path to go down!!!!!!!!!!!! In November of 1997 Pat passed away. Two years later, I married again, another lady from Maine. Her name is Tina and she is the Catholic Church's head cantor and sings at all of the funerals in town. I now have three more daughters. Karen a Dental Hygienist working at a local dentist office, Lisa a Registered Nurse working at the local hospital and Kara a school teacher teaching at a Catholic school in Cleveland. I am now living in Millinocket, Maine working at a local IGA supermarket so as to have insurance coverage. I am going to retire soon and we plan to travel, as soon as the darn stockmarket turns upward for more than a month.
