| Vernon Lee Menhennett was more than my brother. He was my best friend and role model. I visited him before he passed away and realize that everything I was or said was modeled after him. In visiting this web site I knew most of your names from hearing him speak of you at our home. He attended Southern Missionary College in Collegedale Tennessee where he majored in Elementary Education and taught in Florida. He later returned to Tennessee. He suffered from Multiple Sclerosis and was cared for a long time by his loving and hard working wife Shirley Crawford Menhennett. He had many children the only two I know of are Vernon Jr. and Vicki. I urge you not to make the mistake I did of letting time slip through your fingers.
